In my work, I use a unique blend of:
1. Somatic awareness
2. Energy-based techniques
3. And muscle testing (a form of applied kinesiology)
Muscle testing allows us to access information stored in the body—beyond what the conscious mind is aware of.
Through this process, we can:

3. And begin to release it at the level it’s actually stored
